Long term Rentals: 6 months of more.
You will need 1 months deposit, which is refundable and paid to the owner of the apartment.
A one off charge which is our commission and handling fee which is 275€, all other agencies charge one months rent which can be from 450 up wards.
Finally you will need one months rent in advance.
A good estimate of your costs would be for
e.g. 1 bedroom apartment, separate living room, kitchen and shower / toilet 500€ per month for six months
Deposit, one months advanced rent and fees amount to 1275€ upfront, with 500€ returned to you after 5 more monthly payments of 500€.
Total cost of renting for six months in Playa del Ingles Gran Canaria is under £3,500.
