There are 14 Banks, 52 Cash point machines and 1 post Office in the Playa del Ingles Maspalomas Area.
Each of the Banks usually has only one Cash point machine.
Most of the Cashpint macines are located outside th banks main entrance, however some of them are inside the banks main entrance but still can be accessed at night time, Several of the banks have a primary and secondary door and the primary door can be pushed open at night and you can access trhe cash point machine.
Normal Banks hours (for all Banks) are from 8.00am to 2.00pm
All commercial centers, there are around 20 major commercial centers in and around Playa del Ingles (and a few minor ones) have at least one cash point machine, several of them have 2.
Some, but not all bigger supermarkets also have cash point machines, there is no rule here
Shops in Spain do not offer "money-back" services like those available in the U.K.
