This fundraiser is for GAY PRIDE in Gran Canaria, one of the most flamboyant spectaculars attracting tens of thousands more than normal to Maspalomas for the first two weeks in May each year.
Garbo´s theatre is holding a special fund rasing event on December 11th 2009, tickets are 25 euros per head.
Official sponsors include Heaven "the night club" and a last minute boost on the Web, probably producing more publicity than any other Web site on the Island could hope to match, Cafe Florin has steped in as an unoffcial sponsor to help boost the Gala´s international exposure,
The awards will be a holywood style event, except the location is more luxurias, it´s Gran Canaria darling, please!!!
Ask all those other Diva´s who come here, but to make it more authentic for our American cousins, ask all thos Sweedish Diva´s who come here, far more than Hollywood could ever match, but don´t take our word for it, check the official figures
