Recent adverts saying "Don´t write a Spanish Will" may well be run by less than 100% honest brokers.
Be very careful and check some of the essential details for yourself before you pay for any service.
One site for example, says
"Wincham Investments Limited, a UK registered company set up in 1994 to advise people buying property in foreign markets".
It even gives the company number 02948944, a little checking shows the company has infact changed its name three times since 1994 and that Wincham Investments Limited has only existed since 2003.

Maybe a small point to some, but where one gaping inaccuracy exists you´ll likely find several more.
Be Careful, be very very careful and seek unbiased independent advice.
Creating a U.K. limited company to avoid paying Spanish inheritance tax by making the intended recipient a shareholder may well work if the entire company managment is handled for you but it's going to cost., assuming you may live for another few years you'll need to take into account the anual fees.
