Massive congratulations to The Canary News Newspaper that organised its readership to hold a series of events over May to raise money for the Gran Cnaria based Cancer Charity.

Originally inspired by the GLAY cancer charity drive run by the Gay Pride 2011 which itself raised around 13,000 euros by Mid May the Canary News, run by Genna D´Cruz joined the early GLAY campaign and put the resources of her paper behind the appeal and continued the fundraising drive.
The Canary News took the Breast Cancer Charity Appeal to the next level by extending the period and the area over which the appeal and events were organised.
Particular note and credit goes to the community in Peurto Rico and the Suoix City event they promoted and organised.

Congratualtions to the CanaryNews

The Canary News raised over 20,000 euros by helping it´s readership organize multiple events.
